Dear Mark, with reference to your recent interview, are you sure the craziest thing you ever saw in one of your restaurants was seeing a diner put tabasco on a white truffle risotto? (a private party seeing who could sit their naked buttocks in the ice tray for the longest slipped your mind then?)
Sitting on the train I found I was able to paint the 2 women sitting directly in front of me without them noticing. They were so engrossed in their phones that I am not even sure I was in their field of vision. Mind you I was engrossed in painting them. God knows what the guy behind us was doing…
